Some apps and websites restrict VPN connections. This can include banking apps, corporate services, and some streaming platforms. If this happens:
- temporarily pause the VPN, use the service, then reconnect. There is a pause button in the app connections page.
- try accessing the service via a browser instead of an in-app view
- make sure no other VPNs or network-altering apps are active
These restrictions are set by the service provider, not TRP.
